古い模型ハウスを大修理　その１

これまでに作った家の模型ハウスは合計５ケある。一番古いのが牛久に作った住宅、３０才当時に建てたもの。40年間室内保管されたものだが、木材の劣化は進む、ベニヤ板もパリパリはがれる。思い切って大修理に取り掛かる。

①窓枠は金属枠に作ることにした（これが大変）
②基礎の変更　　③フェンスの修理　④植栽　⑤壁の張替え⑥室内電灯設置　など。

気長に進めてみる。
