正月気分もとっくに抜けたであろうと思っていた８日 大洗の磯前（いそざき）神社に詣でる。実は階段をのぼる「きつい散歩と干物買い」のついでだ。今年は年末から正月にかけてずっと来客があったが、それなりに仕事も進めておいたので、現時点では余裕である。ことしの抱負はと聞かれれば、仕事のほうはいつもながら油断なく進めているのでそのペースで継続するのみである。心配なことがあれば、あいまいにせず、きっちりと答えを出していくことだ。語学は中国語を勉強することを始める。去年は整形医に背骨が骨折していて→治癒したが、経を圧迫している痕跡が見。寒い中でも左足がスムーズになるように努めたい。整体師いわく、「４０台での過激なスポーツ（スキー）の後遺症かも知れない」と。
